Under the timeless Warli Guru–Shishya Parampara, senior artists Balu Ladakya Dumada and Devu Rama Dhodhade guided participants through the living tradition of Warli painting. Beginning with basic structures on paper, the learners gradually moved to canvas, explored themes ranging from traditional to contemporary, and finally experienced the authentic practice of painting on walls. Rooted in a distinctive geometric language, these artworks reflect communal life, harmony, and everyday rituals—capturing the Warli tribe’s deep sense of togetherness and their remarkable power of observation and reflection.
